FastCabinetDoors.com is committed to keeping your personal information private. We do not and will not share, sell or trade any of our customers' private information. When you order merchandise on our site, credit card information is encrypted and sent over a secure connection for approval.

Changes/Cancellations

FastCabinetDoors.com does not accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed. Orders are put into production almost immediately after they are received, therefore we cannot allow changes or cancellations. Please verify and re-verify your order before submitting it. The FastCabinetDoors.com website does not alter any measurements entered (other than converting fractions to decimals); what you enter is what you will receive. In the event a mistake is made by the customer, FastCabinetDoors.com will not accept returns.

Customizations to orders

If you selected customizations that cannot be specified during the checkout process, you will need to send an email to [email protected] with your order number and customization instructions. Examples of customizations are custom bore placement, fingerpulls, custom stiles and rails, etc.

Returns

FastCabinetDoors.com does not accept returns on custom items; this includes but is not limited to doors, drawer fronts, drawer boxes, and anything that requires any material to be cut or altered. Returns for hardware are accepted on a case-by-case basis with a 30% restocking fee. Return shipment must be paid by the customer. Return requests need to be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returns are not accepted on Rev-A-Shelf items!

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Packages need to be opened and inspected within 3 days of receipt. Claims need to be reported to [email protected] or by speaking with a Fast Cabinet Doors representative within 30 days from your delivery date.
Fast Cabinet Doors will replace/rebuild these items free of charge. If an item is not reported within 30 days from the delivery date, it will need to be repurchased at charge.
Under no circumstances should a shipment be rejected! If a package appears damaged, accept and report the damage to [email protected] and we will quickly respond with steps towards a resolution.

Shipping

We use FedEx to deliver most of our custom products (Doors/Drawer Fronts/Drawer Boxes/etc.). FedEx may contract to other freight companies to maintain our lead times. FedEx will make a valid attempt to schedule a delivery when necessary (i.e. Freight Shipments, Orders with greater than 15 pieces, items greater than 50" in length). Should FedEx be unable to reach the customer to schedule a delivery, Fast Cabinet Doors will attempt to reach the customer by other contact information entered in the order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure delivery is made. Failure to make contact with Fast Cabinet Doors or FedEx regarding a delivery may incur storage and/or re-delivery fees that will fall under the customers responsibility. Regarding Free Shipping: Two or more orders may not be combined to gain Free Shipping.

Colors and Appearance

Note that FastCabinetDoors.com cannot guarantee the way colors are displayed on your monitor or printouts from our website. FastCabinetDoors.com does not warranty that actual items will match images of unfinished samples or photos of items on your monitor or printouts from our website. Concerning the appearance of the wood that we use, keep in mind that the wood might have a small difference in appearance due to the aging and the origin of the wood. This may mean a small difference in the final product.

Size

Please take the time to check the measurements provided on the product pages to be certain the items you have chosen will fit your space and your needs. We cannot accept cancellations or returns because an item does not fit in your space or the item does not fit what you planned to put in it. There are charges for both alteration and additional delivery charges if additional transport is required.

Typographical Errors and Changes

FastCabinetDoors.com is not responsible for typographical or clerical errors on the site. Prices, descriptions, measurements, availability and terms are subject to change without notice. FastCabinetDoors.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders based on typographical errors in price, measurements or due to availability of items or materials. Please check that all of your selections have been registered before you checkout. Please check your order confirmation email to be sure that your order is correct. If you have made a mistake please call us and we will try to help you correct it. If you realize that you have made a mistake after a delivery has occurred or the items have been stained, you will be charged any additional transportation or remake charges needed to correct your mistake.

Design, Dimensions, Availability and Prices

FastCabinetDoors.com reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice, in prices and design. FastCabinetDoors.com reserves the right to discontinue items without notice. Items may go in and out of stock from time to time. A sale price in Flyers, Newspaper, Television, Radio advertisements or on the FastCabinetDoors.com site cannot be combined with other offers and applies only to the specific items which appear in the advertisement unless otherwise stated. Sale prices cannot be applied to previous sales. Sales are dated by the date the order is placed.

Limited Warranty

FastCabinetDoors.com manufactures and ships UN-FINISHED and FINISHED(If selected) products nationwide. ONCE OUR PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO MONITOR THE CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THEY ARE KEPT. Claims on any order or material discrepancies must be made within three (3) days after receipt of order & prior to HINGING, HANGING or FINISHING. Doors cannot be returned without prior written approval. Doors must be returned in their original condition to the offices of FastCabinetDoors.com for inspection. Any item that has been hinged, hung or finished, shows signs of exposure to moisture, heat or sun, shows signs of job site neglect or is modified in any way shall be deemed accepted by the buyer and voids any warranty. Additionally, any products ordered outside of standard specifications such as, but not limited to, sizes ordered greater than maximum listed sizes, removal of required center rails will not be covered for any damages, including warping, twisting, or damaged in transit. If our product is handled in accordance with our recommended guidelines, most problems will be minimized. Remember, you are dealing with an unfinished wood product that will warp, twist or crack within twenty-four (24) hours if not treated or handled properly.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS THAT REQUIRES YOUR SPECIAL ATTENTION

Because of its nature, wood will expand and contract. Changes in temperature, humidity, and other conditions produce wood movement. Wood will accept moisture and easily expand in mountain and coastal regions causing wood to warp, twist or crack. It will dry out and easily shrink in desert regions causing wood to warp, twist or crack. Consequently, proper precautions must be taken during storing, handling and finishing operations. Center rails will also be placed to prevent warping or twisting on a per needed basis.

To preserve and enhance the quality and beauty of our unfinished wood products, we strongly recommend finishing and sealing of doors in a very timely manner. You may need to perform extra sanding steps prior to applying your finish.

Unfinished wood needs protection from moisture and from extreme fluctuations in temperature and humidity. Construction sites may vary in temperature as much as 30 to 50 degrees from day to night, causing warping, swelling or twisting of unfinished doors within 24 hours. Before doors are delivered, have all windows and exterior doors in place and bring the house to occupancy level conditions. Make sure all new drywall and plaster has had at least 2 weeks to dry.

Many jobs are finished on site, where doors are not removed from the cabinet prior to finishing. This causes unfinished top rails on upper cabinets and unfinished bottom rails on lower cabinets. This allows moisture to be absorbed through the unfinished portion of the door, causing swelling, warping and twisting.

FastCabinetDoors.com strictly adheres to these recommendations: Under no circumstances should unfinished millwork be delivered to a job or site that is under construction and open to the elements.

Doors should not be subjected to abnormal heat, cold, extreme dryness, humid conditions or sudden changes there in.

The entire door must receive two coats of a good grade finish. Completely and evenly finish ALL PIECES - front, back, top, bottom, sides and all cutouts. FastCabinetDoors.com WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE DUE TO THESE SITUATIONS. THESE ARE NOT CONSIDERED A DEFECT.

GUARANTEE

Products must be inspected upon receipt. Our guarantee covers the replacement of doors and drawer fronts in an un-finished state and in good condition, as originally delivered F.O.B. our factory. Any variation from our normal construction specifications is not guaranteed, i.e., reducing the thickness of the panel or frames. A warp or twist of 3/16" of an inch or less is not considered a defect. A twist is measured by placing the face of the door against a true plane surface. Doors are manufactured to the nearest 1/16th of an inch with a tolerance of 1/16th of an inch. FastCabinetDoors.com will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control. There are no other warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
